The best experience from start to finish. First the staff treated me so kind and were very helpful.Next the optometrist was so professional and thorough, she took her time with me and answered all my questions.You can just tell she's amazing at what she does . My glasses came the next week and oh wow I was so happy to see so good .Im totally blown away by how awesome everyone was and the easy experience.
so i came in yesterday to get some adjustments for glasses , without an appointment , and the receptionist with her name tag Chan helped me out in the front , then a young lady Named Victoria adjusted my glasses , they were falling off my head and she tightened them up and without me asking she even replaced my glasses nose pads and cleaned my glasses . I asked how much it was and I couldn’t believe it was free for everything they did , so I went ahead and thought about booking an appointment and they were able to help with my insurance in the front .Highly recommend!!
I visited this store to buy glasses and was helped by a representative named Alisa. She was genuinely the kindest person I've ever met. I tend to be indecisive when choosing what looks best on me, but Alisa’s attention to detail and her patience were incredible. I tried on about ten pairs, and she was there the whole time, giving me honest, thoughtful advice without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Her commitment to helping me find the perfect pair of glasses was a solid 10 out of 10!
