Professionalism is beyond classless at this massage salon. Paid for one hour, got 50m, plus my masseuse walking in and out , maybe about twice. The issue wasn't the quality of my massage, but my girlfriend's, who took a male masseuse, which was not an issue, but she is traumatized from being violated by the male masseuse who uncovered her towel(not a sheet) when she was on her backside, and completely exposed her breasts without permission. On top of that, he was leading up into her inner groins. My gf spoke to the main boss, but if she had apologized instead of justifying it with "well you said ok to male" and "he no speak English", welp, she said she's had many massages w male masseuse and that has never happened in the past. We asked for the money back, which was given. She's just worried for future women, because she still feels violated today.

DO NOT COME HERE! Total waste of time. I called ti book an appointment and confirmed it. I arrived 10mins early to my appointment. Lady comes out and says, "Oh I'm sorry I'm busy. I have client." I informed her I made an appt. She says, "Yeah I know but wasn't sure you were coming. Sorry bye bye!" Horrible customer service. Drove 20mins for nothing. She acted like she didn't care. Stay away!

I'll give them a 5-star just because I have respects for small business owners. Veena Spa is a owned mainly by one lady and she occasionally hires a helper if she gets busy. Place is clean and quiet enough. However, today I've decided that I'll never go back again. My cellphone number is from out of state. Whenever I call her to make an appointment, she questions whether it's a prank. After going there a couple of times, I made another appointment but my spot was given away because she was convinced I wouldn't show up. She was apologetic when I did show up and offered to extend my session. I thought after this time, she's gotta remember me. Nope. Today I called she didn't pick up. I called again and she picked up with impatient tone. I asked for an appointment and she said "we don't take appointments. You walk in" and she hung up on me. This is when I realized she didn't remember me and she didn't want to get stood up. I'm not going to drive there just to see if I can get an appointment. If she happens to be in a session, I think it's unpleasant and rude for that customer. Anyways, so long. I wonder who is that son of a gun who pranked her so many times that scarred her. She could have lost quite a few customers already.
