I do my own root touch ups, but I broke my arm due to a vehicle accident and it's been quite difficult washing my hair much less trying to tackle a much needed root touch up! Ughhh!! I was so not looking forward to that task, so I decided to look for someone nearby to "HELP A SISTER OUT" and TLC Hair popped up in my search and was right around the corner! I made an appointment and I was very impressed with the care, small talk and root touch up color I received!!! The shop owner "V" was very gentle with my coarse, dry, pacific islander mop of hair especially while washing the color out very thoroughly. It felt like a great head massage during the shampoo sessions, while also taking great care to protect my ears from water entering. I also absolutely LOVED the smell of the shampoo and leave in hair conditioner she used too! Anywho, I basically brush out while wet, add product and let air dry, which V did exactly. No styling needed for my mop. Thank you V for taking great care of me, the great talk and the great root touch up!! I now know where to go when I'm feeling lazy and don't wanna do my own roots! -A

My son and I have been coming to get haircuts from Sham for 7 years now. He is very professional and always has us leaving his shop fresh. I highly recommend him cutting anyone's hair.

Sham is the man! He really respects his craft and makes sure his clients are satisfied with their haircut. Shamar is really detail oriented and really listens to what I want. I've been going to him for the past 4 years and he's never disappointed. Shamar takes his time to get the haircut right and makes you feel at home in his shop.
