Tried to give this place another try since I was desperate to find synthetic braiding hair in my area so came here and unfortunately when I got to my appt I had bought the wrong hair to braid with so I came back the next day to try to exchange for the right hair but the old lady that sits on the phone by the door straight out just told me No didn't even let me finish my sentence when I started with if I can exchange.. I don't know why I came back after my last experience here. DO NOT GO HERE!! they don't care at all about their customers no wonder it's dead. WILL RATHER DRIVE 15 MORE MINS TO COVINA TO LANNIES BEAUTY SUPPLY!

I use to come here yearssss ago! Couldn't make it to my usual stylist since she was booked and I had a last minute event and needed my hair done asap! I was hesitant since the reviews aren't so great but let me tell you I am so glad I did. I was greeted with a smile by Doris and introduced me to my Stylist Bless. She was AMAZING from the start. She reassured me I was in good hands and said she will make sure I'm in love with my new hair. Bless was quick and gave me the right amount of tracks for my extensions to look long and full, she blended and styled my hair nicely looks so natural. I recommend her to do your hair extensions 10/10 thank you so much Bless for a great experience! I will be coming back!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I CALLED 10 minutes prior to ask the woman if they were open and she said yes i drove 15 minutes and they were CLOSED. the owner of this salon is clearly an awful person and doesn't deserve to be in business. she should just fucken close her braids are shit anyways i only needs hair. i hope the owner of this salon has to close their shop soon bc they DO NOT DESERVE your money or business. go anywhere else !!!!!!!
