Really appreciate Frank at this store. He was extremely helpful when I've had negative experiences with other associates or when they were not able to help due to system issues. Thank you Frank for the positive experience - appreciate him taking the time to figure out a solution instead of blaming system errors.
We go Sephora all the time I have teenager daughter Art the manager is soooo nice When we go and Art is there I get so comfortable He is very nice to everyone and helps He is the one of the sweetest people I Thank you Art for your help every time we come And Sephora of course we love it
Went in to get shade matched and Sofie helped me! Her attitude was amazing and we chatted and laughed together. The staff is amazing overall. Such a welcoming location, felt comfortable walking around. Sofie is so kind! Shoutout to her!
