“So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly! Just so nice to know he's there when I need rescuing again!!“

After the inspection and our routine water heater flush, we decided to replace a diverter in one of our bathroom showers. The work was performed professionally and the shower now works like new!
