This location is perfect when leaving for home and missing traffic and even more perfect before work. I haven't seen or experienced anything negative. I think it should have a higher rating for sure. I have seen better PF's but I have seen much worse. This one does the job well and the convenient location make is all the better.

Nice, clean gym. Friendly staff. All the great is in good functioning condition. Three stars for that. There's a waiting line for the chest exercise because there's only one machine. Often I skip it because I don't have time to wait my turn. The music however, is horrible. An old, broken, noisy A/C fan would be preferable over the noise coming from the speakers. Two points off for that.

The customer service from representative William is fantastic! I called to inquire about membership access for a disabled individual; William was very patient, kind, friendly and professional. Wish all customer service was as great and authentic as what William displayed.
