“I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.“
“Nice facility and very sweet staff and teachers! My kids enjoy coming here every week to practice!! Thank you“
“I love this studio. I’m pretty new to Pilates, and the instructors here always make me feel comfortable. Going to a Pilates class here just a few times a week for the last few months has already improved my strength and flexibility. The space is warm and inviting, and I’m a frequent user of the little free library inside the studio too. Definitely recommend checking this studio out if you’re considering trying Pilates.“
“I absolutely loved this office. The whole team from Dr.Brown to Christianne to Sylvia were amazing. I was so sad when I had to move and leave this office. Dr.Brown really does love what she does. I had my acl surgery and came here for PT. Dr.Brown helped me as much as she can and was very patient. Slyvia really helped break up some unwanted scar tissue and helped loosen my whole body. LOVE AND MISS THEM ALL!“
“When it comes to learning a new exercise, I am a true believer in one on one sessions. Whether it be weight-lifting, yoga, Pilates, running, or swimming; learning the correct technique and form is crucial to the success and effectiveness of the exercises. Even though I am a runner, I noticed that my core was very weak. While I have done quite well living with my scoliosis, I realize that my body is changing as I age and I am starting to feel minor lower back pain occasionally. I've always wanted to try Pilates, but just didn't know where to start. I search Pilates in Monrovia, CA on Google and found. One2One PT. I read Nancy Tsai's bio and felt very confident and personable about the private environment and decided to give it a try! I contacted Nancy and she had referred me to her instructor and colleague Evie Sahagun. I have been with Evie for over 20 private sessions, and I absolutely love my instructor. Evie is very knowledgeable in Pilates, very personable and attentive to every details of my forms. I cannot stress enough the importance of having the correct forms in Pilates and I want every session to be effective in transforming my core. Two major deciding factors for me are the environment's ability and the instructor's ability to provide an attentive session for me. I am very happy to say that with the combination of Pilates and chiropractic care, my scoliosis went from a 28 degrees curvature to a 20 degrees curvature. Even my chiropractor was shocked at the improvement it has made. I highly recommend One2One PT!“
“Great Pilates staff and studio. I've been going here almost 10 years. The owner Sandy Duvall is awesome Stacey your a rockstar“
“I've attended about 50 classes here and I love it! If you enjoy a more rhythmic pulse music choice while working out Katina & Dimitrios will have you feeling the burn but in a fun way. If you like to have a good burn with a pop style energy Ismael, Kayla, Joyce and Mariana will have you feeling it! If you like a smooth r&b chill playlist Janelle and Maura will have you in your feels and getting stronger. For a more easy light hearted sound Iris will have you feeling relaxed in your strength. There's an instructor for each vibe. The one thing I will note is classes can be a bit of a challenge to get consistently. I am looking forward to level 2 & up classes to be held here.“
