DO NOT CONTRACT THIS OUTFIT!!! If there is a zero star rating, that's what I would give them. I signed a contract with them to remodel 3 bathrooms and I specifically request to the owner, Tony Tsai, that I bought high end materials so I want an experienced crew to do the job correctly without any rework due to the high cost of the materials. He assured me that his team has done high end jobs, but will take additional labors so the quote will be higher, which I agreed to.Before the job starts, to help them out, I ease the difficulty level of the scope by changing my original marble tiles in herringbone pattern to large 12x24 porcelain tiles without asking for change... read full review

During the pandemic my husband and I decided to do some remodeling in our kitchen and bathroom. Nexera made the process super easy, with an efficient response time and quick quote! Often times projects like this can be a pain if you don't work with the right guys but they did an amazing job. We got timely updates and they were really informative throughout the entire process which is something I appreciate.
