They were easy to communicate with, on time and I was able to squeeze in a next day repair just in time before the next coming storm. Work was also quick and without any short cuts and they also inspected other parts of the roof not related to the area of the leak I called about and replaced my broken and missing tiles without extra charges. Their flat rate is fare. I also wasn't home and Juan made it easy to work with while I was at work. They took pictures and constantly updated me of the work being done.

Micasa Pro Roofers Are Phenomenol!!! I am speechless! Micasa Pro Roofers for life! I've dealt with many contractors in the past. Some were better than others, but, in the end, they all pretty much balanced out. Not John Sanchez at Micasa Pro Roofers in Upland! This man is amazing! Because of John, I would rank Micasa Pro Roofers as my top contactor that I have ever dealt with! Many times when you are looking for a contractor, they are super helpful before you sign the contract. They'll call you back right away, answer any questions you might have, do whatever it takes to get your business. Once you hire them, after the 3 day grace period, it's a complete different story. What separates John at Micasa Pro Roofers, he genuinely cares about the clients he is working with. He is also very honest and knowledgeable; he'll suggest to you not to add something to your roofing project if you don't need it. John will flat out tell you the addition will only drive the cost up for nothing or aesthetics. John's business ethics is superb! I've must have called John a hundred times. What's remarkable about John is, you can always get in touch with him! He answers his phone, and if he's not there, someone in the office will get in touch with him to relay the message. John will call you back within 20 minutes! I must have gotten John's voicemail about 3 or 4 times. He called me back right away! HERE'S THE CLENCHER!!! Thanks to John, I got my mom's insurance to pay for the roof replacement. John insisted my mom's roof had substantial wind damage, and her insurance should cover her roof. I had a lot of issues dealing with insurance company, especially because I'm disabled. I have a huge problem talking over the phone...I have a neurological disorder. I sound like a crazy person over the phone; I'm better on paper. I relayed this to John and asked him to call and talk to my mom's adjuster. Without hesitation, he called my adjuster and explained what had transpired with my mom's roof. Honestly, my mom could not have gotten the insurance to pay for her entire roof!!! Side note: My mom loved Miguel, Cheeto, and the roofing crew. She said they were very hard workers! I need to quickly mention, Micasa Pro Roofers has a sister company that does exterior and interior painting. If you need to get your house painted, you need to definitely mention it to John! By the way, the estimates for both, the roofing and painting the house, the prices are very competitive! You can bet my mom signed up to get her house painted. After reading my review, you equivocally know Micasa Pro Roofers are the best contractors I had the pleasure to work with! My mom and I both feel like John is family!!!

I had such a wonderful experience. It was a little unconventional at first In regards to how to get a quote, but after meeting with John and the time he spent answering all my questions and explaining things to me, my fears were set asides I love the job they did, from start to finish.
