He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. “Had a garage door issue at a rental property, motor was unable to lift the door. After describing the issue over the phone with Aaron he quickly assessed that the spring system has failed and would need to schedule a visit to give an accurate quote. We scheduled Aaron along with two other garage service companies. He converted/replaced the torsion spring system, re-programmed the open/close articulation of the motor, and repaired the aluminum garage door panels that were slightly bent from a car rolling into it for a very fair price. The reason why we went with Aaron out of the three, he was not trying to upsell us, his fee for labor, parts, and warranty were fair. He explained the scope of work, how long it would take for him to convert the spring system, and the parts in which he sources it from. Aaron is friendly, professional, knowledgable, competitive, personable, and patient, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to inspect, service, and repair their garage system. I look forward to working with him again on my place of residence.“

“American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. “This company is awesome. Had a leak from shower to other side and everyone kept telling me it was the shower pan leaking but later found out it was a prior bad tile job. I was able to have it checked out within days and Dennis was able to send it into the office for a quote. Ana from the office gave me an estimate and I was able to get it done within a week. Constant communication with Ana at the office and Dennis and Bekhan were always there on time. They did great work and also helped me out with picking out tiles to replace. Will be using them again and highly recommend!“

So far he has rebuilt and painted 2 walls that were damaged during demo that others did. He put together and installed 2 bathroom base cabinets and baseboards that look great. “I had a couple of technicians come out to replace a faucet and they were looking for the general switch to turn off all the water for the whole rental property home. They looked briefly and couldn’t find it. They didn’t complete the job and asked me to reschedule the appointment. I stayed called the extension they gave me for Ms. Crawford for two days and it always went to voicemail. I sent out an email and a few voicemails and finally received a response. The next technician that came in Wade was great and experienced. He found where to turn off the water and started his work right away. He did replace the hot and cold valves also because they were frozen shut. Wade did an excellent job replacing the faucet and valves and did his job quickly.“
