I called geek squad my washer had been making lots of noise and not washing clothes properly. I called geek squad and I got an appointment pretty quickly. The lady and gentleman who came out to our home in covina were excellent! Very easy diagnosed problem communicated the problem to me, ordered parts and gave me a return appointment. They both returned went straight to work and fixed the problem I couldn't ask for a better experience! My washer works better than when it was brand new! Thank you two very much im sorry it took so long for the review. Thank you for the great job!

Had an issue with my computer and made an appointment to have a Geek Squad tech to look for malware and other issues. Tech Raymond got the ball rolling and had my computer checked in. Came back a couple days later to pick up my computer which had antivirus software installed. Tech Raymond helped me install antivirus on cellphone and tablet. Very happy with Geek Squads service.

I had an appointment to replace my phone screen, and when I got there, there was only one associate helping a customer. I thought I'm they're short staff, whatever I got in line. That wasn't what agitated me, it was the not acknowledging there's a customer no "we'll be right with you" nothing. Earlier in the day after scheduling my appt online , I called to ask a few questions main one : if it would take long to fix my phone. I couldn't leave my phone for over an hour so had they greeted me and asked 'how can we help you' if they would've given me an ETA I could've chosen to leave or stay.
