Things have change. It was a quick walk in for immunizations. I was services and out within an hour. Making an appointment still is hard but walking in and as great. Nice staff. It sure wasn't this way before.
there very nice in the front office , very polite. The nurses are extremely polite to and my doctors experience was a great experience. She was kind, courteous, understanding, compassionate negative total thumbs up.
My experience at East Valley is pretty good, except when there's overwhelming amount of patients before me. I get there pretty much timely. Other than that, good advice from doctor.
