I've been coming here for eight or so years now, I think? It's been a long time, and I will never go to another dentist ever again if I can help it. Even after moving further away, I still happily drive the distance for the care and service they provide. The front desk staff has put up with my absolute mess of complicated insurance issues as I switched between jobs and insurance types over and over again throughout the years, always being patient and ensuring I fully understand my changes in coverage. I was hesitant to go to this office given some of the reviews and it doesn't help that I have a huge fear of dentists. I have gone a couple times in the past months and I have been impressed. The facilities are nice and clean, they have great feedback on how to improve my dental health, and I have been told up front what my copays would be. I personally have not experienced any rude behavior from the front staff. I do have to say that I have witnessed it with others however. I hope that front staff remember that us clients are also busy people who have lives, it doesn't hurt to be a little more thoughtful. However, my experiences with them have been great.
Excellent Dental Care. Dr. Kouz is awesome. My entire family has received dental treatments here. The Office staff is professional and makes every effort to accommodate our busy work schedules. I highly recommend this Gregory Robins Family Dentistry.
