Diko is unprofessional and will take your money then ghost you. He works under different business names such as S&D Kitchen and Floors. DO NOT BUY CARPET OR FLOORING FROM THIS MAN!

I'd give zero stars if possible. Shame on this company. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Do not spend money with them unless you don't mind losing it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - This company (specifically DIKO) does not stand behind their warranty. They installed a floor for me in February 2021 and just short of two years later, one floorboard won't stay in place, it slides back and forth. Another is warped and another makes a creaking sound. I contacted Diko who came out to inspect and said he'd get back to me with a resolution but never did. Subsequently, I tried to contact him numerous times with no response and now he has started hanging up on me when I call him. I'm completely flabbergasted by the way he is handling this. I don't understand how he remains in business with this type of respond and lack of follow through. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
