I went in for my annual check-up and paid for my contacts lenses in advance because they were very quick to collect payment. I went in to pickup my order and no one was there. I came back a second, third time, office still close. No note on the front door saying why they are close. I call no one answer, left a VM and still no answer. So disappointed!

After 3 years getting my annual eye check up I tried to get an appointment only for them to tell me they don’t accept Medi-CAL anymore. At least send mail or message that you decided to stop providing Medicaid service now I have to scramble and find another provider that does accept Medi-Cal. Pathetic.

I had moved from the bay area and was looking for a reputable eye doctor. I made an appointment with Dr. Suzuki and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. My new glasses were absolutely perfect and it was determined that the prescription with my old glasses was way off. Thomas and Heather were so helpful and I have since referred 3 people to their office. I can now see 100% better and can't thank them enough.
