Sutter Urgent Care - Watsonville Center

All things considered it was a great experience. Dr. Gordon Kaplan was great. Check in and come back at a set time is one of the best ways to go. It reduces exposure to other sick patients and didn't feel like I lost the hold day there.

Efficient, effective with the nicest people on the planet. Third time I have been at Watsonville Sutter Urgent care in the past 60 days. Amazing experiences every time. A lot of negative about the state of health care these days…not here. A big thanks to the team at Sutter!

I was treated respectfully. The intake nurses were friendly and got me into the practioner early. David the PA who cared for me was excellent! He was warm & measuring. He was amazingly thorough! He checked my history for additional info before ordering tests and meds. I felt well cared for by competent professionals including the receptionist!
