Patty is Fabulous to work with as a designer and landscape professional. She was able to see the space we had created and understand how to envision our plant needs while we were still under construction. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful all throughout the process and was very easy to work with on our project. Will add some final pics once we plant this weekend, but below are a few from the work in progress.

We wanted a partner, a collaborator, and an expert to help us convert a large lawn-covered backyard that we ignored into a Zen garden living space. Patty Walters designed a garden that included all the elements of greenery, water (a stone fountain), rock, and fire (a fire pit). The combination of trees and plants she choose enlivened our space while providing a calm and beautiful place for us to take our meals and enjoy entertaining. We now think of our garden as an extension of our home. Our plants are pet friendly (we have a dog who eats everything!) and, as much as possible, our garden is now drought tolerant. Honestly, it was a marvelous experience working with Patty. I felt she really listened to our ideas and was flexible with her planning. We highly recommend her.

Patty helped me completely redesign my backyard last spring and we had everything planted July, 2020. When I first met with Patty I had a vision but no idea how to get there. I didn't just want to replace all the old wooded shrubs and plants. I wanted to change the "feel" of the yard and make it an extension of the living area. Patty understood what I was talking about. She listened and made the vision a reality. Love the results!!! From the first design, to the installation, Patty is helpful every step of the way and fun to work with. Highly recommend her and plan to have her redesign the front yard as soon as I can.
