Great service. We were given the option of putting a new bolt lock on our privacy screen door(more expensive) or fixing the original lock and needing to pull the door inward to get it to lock to engage. We went with the less expensive option.

My landlord uses this shop because my house is 70 years old with the same door handles & locks. This place can fix any door lock & cut keys that no one else can in town. Great experience & customer service!

I just want to say the service here was terrific! I would give 10 stars if I could. Our deadbolt was not working and the owner, Carroll sent Dennis (one of many technicians who work for PVLS) out because he's the Baldwin guru. He worked on the lock for over and hour and was able to find a bent piece and fix the deadbolt mechanism. I could not be more please with the honesty, reliability, and expertise of this business. THANK YOU PVLS for your superior customer service and commitment to your clients!
