Life Changing!!First, let me just say I was getting so pissed reading through some of the bad reviews because I have now done (2) 3 month rounds of therapy here and all those complaints are just nonexistent now. I just laughed when I saw they were 5 and 10 yr old years old. They really should, at some point, be expired and taken down. Those old reviews have absolutely no bearing on how the place is run and staffed today.I started my first round of therapy at Pacific Coast in May of 2022. I HATED it, but had to wear a mask per PC rules, while in the facility, and they ABSOLUTELY spray and wipe down everything after patient contact and STILL DO. This is an amazing Physical Therapy practice. I am receiving excellent treatment to help me rehab from my injury. Outstanding from the very first session. Special thanks to Debra Henn, MPT and Emely Aldama, PTA. I observe every staff member working seamlessly as a team. Very supportive of and respectful to all patients. Front office staff are great, too. Ask your doctor to send you to Pacific Coast Therapists in Watsonville.
