I've been to Pacific Coast several times due to shoulder pain, when I was unwilling to go with cortisone. The staff is fantastic and able to accommodate my schedule. I have stuck with the exercises they recommended and there is a noticeable difference in my ability to sleep pain free when I do not.
I was referred to this PT group from my orthopedic office for a pretty complex ankle injury and have to say I was very impressed and happy with the way the PT staff managed my treatment plan and my post op ankle surgery. Debra and Emely and the rest of the Physical Therapy team were down to earth, professional and had a way to also make you relax while you were getting your PT and exercises. I entered your facility in a W/C 2 1/2 months ago and was able to walk out on my own to go out my vacay! I appreciate all the efforts you made to help me walk again! Thank you. And a shout out to Crystal in the front office also! She was always professional and sweet and handled any scheduling concerns I had with smile.
