orkin the company itself is ok. Most of the time the office never answers my questions and leaves me hanging, however, employee Carlos in Salinas did such a great job in my apartment complex. He made sure all my questions were answered and reassured me that my children would be safe after a treatment. By far the best pest control man i have had. 100% recommend him for all treatments.

My home was being taken over by pests I couldn't control, and believe me I tried. With just one call to Orkin, I immediately felt better. Ryan listened to my concerns with care and concern. Mind you, this stress call was made on a Sunday, yet still, someone was there to calm me down. The team called Monday morning. King, my Orkin Man, was there a week later and put me on the right track to have a pest free home once again. I felt immediate relief and look forward to working with him. So remember, if something is biting you....CALL ORKIN.... you'll be happy you did!.

1st interaction was with Shannon from Nat’l Call Center. She was very helpful. 2nd interaction with Christi Hemlich from local services. She was as fabulous as Shannon. Very helpful & professional! She had all answers. Tech Kyle assigned to our service call. Kyle was exceptional. We appreciated all issues & he was thoughtful, friendly, professional & very kind! We look forward to Kyle’s return in a month. We had a 60ft tree taken down last Fall. This tree stopped many spiders from flying to our house & garage.
