Let me start by saying all the people are very nice. However I've had four issues with them in the past 3 weeks. First I called to start 2 accounts for my house and my parents house, only one was started. Second, when setting up I asked for whatever size garbage the full container was (smaller than recycling but still a full can) the person set me up for a can with some insert in it making it half the size. Third, no one came to get our garbage the first pick up. They apologized and said they'd make a special trip on Friday. Camped at Morgan Hill Thousand Trails RV Park who contract with Green Waste. They have all their recycle and trash dumpsters concealed with nice wooded fence and closed gates. After trash service today I noted the driver left all corral gates opened. Seems they would have left them the way they found them. (Closed)
