Customer service was great I was kind of bummed I kinda liked my nails but the lady that was doing them kept saying they look like funeral nails She did cut me a few times and my nails were uneven it's OK I just went down the street and got them fixed I've gone there before and had great nails done I think it's just a hit or a miss
