Handyman near Waterford

“I really hate writing reviews for anything, I’m doing this because the word is not getting thru to people who need a ( Handyman). I tried for days to see Savidge & Son’s in theYelp add. It kept pulling me out and into another person’s account. Finally got ahold of owner/operator and he sent me a message and here I am. The owner was on time for all jobs but one and he called to let me know he’d be late or if I needed to reschedule. Friendly, personable, clean, good worker, finish’s the job when said he would,and for me when I asked a question took time to explain it to me and why it was done. MOST DEFINITELY I RECOMMEND “SAVIDGE & SON’S .“

“This past year I have been lucky enough to participate in the City Of Modesto Home Rehabilitation Program for some much-needed improvements on my mobile home in Coralwood Mobile Home Park. This provided me with a new central air and heating system and an outside lift that will take me from my porch to my driveway since I am really having trouble getting down the stairs due to severe osteoarthritis in my joints, especially in my hips and knees. I'd like to thank not only the City but Zack's Handyman & Construction (the company who won the bid and was assigned to do the work). All the workers Zack had doing the different parts of this extensive job on my home were wonderful and they completed the final phase of the lift installation today. I enjoyed a wonderful air conditioner this summer and am looking forward to a nice heater this fall and winter. I now know I won't be crawling up and down the steps to my porch! I highly recommend Zack's for any construction, handyman, electrical or plumbing work. They can do it all. You get what you pay for. They went above and beyond for this job and I honestly could not have asked for more. I believe that is the way they treat all their customers ... and that Zack is a good, old-fashioned, licensed contractor with great values who does not settle for less than the best job. I see some negative reviews on here, and I believe those are truly for someone else, perhaps the business called 'Zak's' ... it certainly is NOT the Zack I used.“
