Ive been with Ivy and i love how she does her lashes. It stayed until 2 months. She’s very patient with me. I used groupon for the second appointment ive had. But as a consideration, groupons have limits as well because their business wont thrive. My partner and I had to drive an hour but that is definitely worthit. Although the lashes took almost two hours, it's worth it as this is probably the longest lash extensions have ever lasted on me. Would go again! I also love that making an appointment was super easy and you can text :)

*LASH QUALITY*Style: Full set 3D Volume, Glamorous cat-eye, 15mm longest length Price: ~$109 base price (not including tip)Overall: They really listened to my request and I loved the results! This is one of the most glamorous, intense set of extensions I've had. I typically get it once a year, been getting them for the past five years. Saw a great Groupon deal for this place, so I took a chance on this studio! I came in with the base Full Set 3D Volume Groupon, but since I got the cat-eye extra they upcharged by $10 and I gave a 15% tip. Totally worth it! They were super long-lasting - I had a "full looking" set for a month and a half before they started looking scraggly. Lashes didn't start falling until a week in. Below is my picture for the lash fall-out progress over a 2.5 week time span. I took care to brush them every morning and night with a spoolie and not get them wet the first couple of days. The glue they used also did not sting as much as others I've gotten, which is great (and I have a super oily face). I would definitely go back, super great experience and longevity. Only slight concern I had was the way the lashes were attached. Perhaps due to my specific high-volume style, I did experience a scare where one lash extension fall-out would have 4 - 5 of my real lashes attached (see picture below). Not sure if it's due to the lash extension having a thicker base or the placement of the glue. Either way, I made sure to let them fall out naturally.*CUSTOMER SERVICE*Made an appointment a couple days prior to my appointment and they were flexible in rescheduling when I got sick! Upon entering, the front desk was quick in placing me and offered me a blanket. My technician asked me the style, showed me a chart, and let me choose the longest length. Really appreciated the care my technician put into my set - she took around 1.5 hours. I always prefer my lash tech to take their time and ensure it's glued well with beautiful placement, so I applaud their work here! Also, LOVE that they don't talk during applying my lashes (I've been to other places where the technicians gossip and chat during my session and it low-key stresses me out).*AMBIANCE*The studio is located on the second floor of the building, a little hidden when trying to find it from the ground floor. Walk into the "lobby" where there is an elevator or up the stairs. Upon entering, the interior is super nice and clean, with peaceful mediation or piano soundtracks playing. The aesthetic is all-white! *PARKING*Parking can be found in the plaza of Starbucks - I found open spots on an 11am appointment during a weekday. The intersection can be busy but not too hard to find a spot!
