Patrick is a pro! When I first called him, immediately he knew what was wrong and asked me another the model number and told me all the history I needed to know about this brand and model. Immediately I knew he was an expert. He came to my house with all the tools and expertise one could hope for. His show room has a lot of models. Osakis are the best and he recommends the maestro. I would definitely buy from someone that not only sales but services their customers! Keep up the good work!
Their service is pretty good. The owner is amiable and professional. You might need to call them before checking out the massage chair. They only have Osaki, but the owner is willing to explain to you which massage chair is a good brand.
