“I put out a request through Angie's list for roofers and got a call from Zoro who came out to give me a free estimate. He was very thorough and thoughtful in the process getting onto my roof and inspecting my problem, then hand wrote out two separate detailed quotes for me, one for a partial roof repair vs a total re-roof quote. He was patient to answer all my questions and stuck with me following up in the subsequent days to provide me references and proof of insurance and even photos of their past work. This company doesn't have a huge number of online reviews and Zoro said it's because they are a smaller business that really focuses on a smaller number of jobs at a time to ensure quality. They have an old school personal feel to them and aren't gimmicky by promoting discounts in exchanges for reviews, etc. My project was going to be a big one so I naturally got multiple quotes and ultimately ended up choosing someone else, but I do want to give others reassurance that everything with this company checks out and I think they would have done a really fine job. Zoro was very patient with me in the process and I'm glad there are good people out there like him.“

“Francisco was fantastic! He was detailed on telling us all the issues with our roof and gave plenty of information on where our roof was good and did not need any repairs and what he could do to lower our costs. He's very professional and uses drones and satellite imaging to get a perfect view of our roof. He was friendly and gave us a deal that was very reasonable and equal to other contractors we contacted. I highly recommend you try him out at least once!“

“American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. “We needed some maintenance and Parkside Roofing was just the right company to do the job. Unlike other companies we shopped around for, Parkside Roofing willingly provided high resolution drone photos of the issues that they saw which allowed me to review their findings and also examine the roof myself. The other companies didn't do that and they would only quote a general number problems. And, because Parkside Roofing used a drone, it also meant no one had to go up on my roof and cause more damage to my roof tiles (Would you believe that some companies still send people up?!?). The repair people that showed up did a great job. I shared the photos of the issues that both Parkside Roofing and I found and they fixed them all. Afterwards, Parkside Roofing sent another drone to review the repairs and also provided the completed photos. I've attached some of my Before and After photos. Parkside Roofing, Dave, John, and crew are easy to work with and I'm here to support their business and give them 5 stars. I would work with them again.“

“Mountain Pacific Roofing did a great job. It was a small job that required replacing a broken wind turbine. Clemente and his crew showed up and replaced it and also inspected my roof for any items requiring attention, per my request. He showed me signs of deteriorating seals that should be addressed, specifically around the pipes, and I agreed to have that fixed as well all at a great price. All in all his work ethic and respect excelled in my interaction with him. I will be sure to contact him and his crew whenever I need future roof work done.“

“You couldn’t ask for a better experience. We had some ideas and thoughts and what we wanted, and we offered many good options at our price point and to meet our need. We were installing solar, and so had some special requests. When our old roof came off, we found the previous rivers had done a really poor quality job. we did have to add some extra services, but they were more than fair. It was a quality job all the way around, and I could not recommend these folks highly enough. Everything was above board and transparent. He knew what you needed, you knew what you were getting, and you had the ability to make the best decision for yourself.“

“Garvey is our go-to roofer. Tom Garvey and his crew are always on-time and their work is reasonably-priced. Stellar communication as well. The quality of their work is simply the best. We had our roof replaced by Garvey in 2018 and it has held up very well since then. Earlier last month, an oak tree branch hit the roof on our patio and while it caused some damage, we went with Garvey again and the crew was able to get the damaged area patched up and restored within a few days. Garvey tends to be more swamped these days since they are short-staffed, but if you want things done right, Garvey Roofing is the way to go.“

“I recently had a new roof put on. Rexway Roofing did my roof about 35 years ago so it was time. The first day there were over 20 guys on my roof taking it down. They had everything done including new fascia boards all around and the ply wood on the roof the first day. By the middle of the second day my roof was done!!! The inspector came and signed off and I love my roof. Now, I think my neighbors had the best time watching the guys because I had 4 of my neighbors come to me and tell me they have never seen anything like it. Dean said he was going to come with a full crew on the first day and he meant it. In two days I had a beautiful roof on!!! To show the difference I hired painters to paint the fascia boards and the house. We are going on 3 weeks with the painting. If you want quality, professionalism, and a job done right check out Rexway. They were not the cheapest but I truly believe you get what you pay for. A friend of mine went with the cheapest and they have had nothing but problems!!!“

“Ray and his crew did a wonderful job on my new roof on my rental house. He was easy to communicate with and he sent me photos on the progress. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He commenced on time and completed the job as promised and even moved the date up and came on Saturday due to the unexpected and critical Hurricane Hilary which struck on Sunday which was a hugh relief and allowed me to sleep at night knowing my Tenants would be safe. His price was very good and beat out the competition. I had to wait to find out how much the lumber charge for damaged lumber would be and found his price was good. He even picked a nice color flashing for the facia. He did a great job on the garage facia that had become a problem and it looks very nice. I will definitely give Ray a call when it is time to reroof my son's house which he recently purchased. Ray was accommodating when I wanted to upgrade the roofing shingle to another manufacturer which was on back order and had to rescedule and wait for the product to arrive rather than try to talk me out of it and move forward with what he had available. That to me is customer service at it's best.“
