My experience at Los Head Spa was wonderful! The place is small but there are at least 3-4 rooms divided by thick curtains that you feel like it's a private room. I was greeted by Gina who was very nice and offered me water. There were two clients that they were finishing up with and running a bit behind but kept me posted while I waited. When it was my turn, both Gina and Lucy brushed out my hair and Gina showed me what my scalp looked like using a special camera before the treatment. From the moment you walk in, the ambience is relaxing. My daughter and I enjoyed a 1 hour service. Our scalps have never felt so clean! It was such a relaxing experience. Lucy and Gina were both so sweet. Hope to be back soon!

My husband and I visited this place to celebrate our anniversary, and it was quite an interesting experience. We both noticed that our hair felt incredibly light and rejuvenated afterward. My husband especially enjoyed the mini massage his technician provided. However, I didn't receive the same level of massage; there was only a bit of light pressure on the back of my neck but that was about it on my end. I was looking forward to the relaxing massage mentioned in other reviews, but it fell short for me personally. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time here overall. If you haven't been, I'd recommend giving it a try!
