Friendly and responsible. Fast turn around. For once the jeans alteration that I didn't like the way it was done, Charles took back and get it redone with no hesitation and no extra charge.

I got a simple dress pants hemmed by 1.5 inches. I was in no rush to have it completed. I got it in on Friday and they had it ready on Tuesday for pick up. Everything went great and they were so friendly and professional!
