My parents came to this company in hopes of having a website made for their small company. They charged them close to $1000 for a very cheaply made, template based website. They just created it and gave it to my parents, without really teaching them or showing them how to manage it. No big deal, at least they have a website that they could advertise with and show off their samples etc. However, somehow a few months down the road, the website was hacked and I tried emailing their company (because I don't know anything about website stuff) to ask what we should do.
