This is the easily the worst nail experience I've had. I live up the street from this place so when I came as a walk-in, he told me wait time was one hour. I said it was fine. I came back an hour later and still waited another 25 minutes because always just one person working here. The first thing he says to me is "you don't take care of your nails huh?" I got a full set for $60, he was way too rough with my hands, drilled them way too close to the nail bed and when he filed to shape them was way too rough. Desperately needed gel removal and I caught Thai right at closing. He kindly stayed to help me remove the gel and was so kind and helpful. We made great conversation and I left excited to come back next time to support Thai!

One of the worst experiences my mom has encountered. She came in for a full set dip. There was only ONE worker and he was very rough, rude and lacked listening and people skills. He forcibly cleaned up her cuticles and cut her multiple times. He then excused himself by sayin she was stiff and had very dry skin, not knowing she had a skin condition. He also began complaining about another customer who wanted a pedicure and kept lying about the wait time. She finally decided to just leave after the horrific work he had done.
