I love all of the instructors (which I could not say about the studio I previously went to). Staff are friendly and I’m thrilled to be back to yoga classes after steering clear during the pandemic. Convenient location in DT WC. Give them a try!
Yoga classes are heated for better circulation, flexibility, and detoxing. I prefer the harder classes like sculpt and hot yoga so the hour feels like an honest workout. YogaSix also offers classes for beginners and those needing a more restorative pace. Instructors all bring their unique individual style and music, and no two workouts are alike.
Excellent studio with the most amazing group of instructors you will find. Brand new studio. Try the Power Yoga and the Slow Flow. Restorative is a special treat, and Sculpt and Flow is a serious challenge! ???
