I am a former client of Lisa's having moved to Maine from Walnut Creek several years ago. I recently was challenged by CA's FTB, and after struggling to figure out what to do on my own, out of desperation I reached out to Lisa. She still had my old files, so she volunteered to help at the height of the 2023 tax year! Once I supplied her with the information she needed, she literally solved my significant problem within hours, emailed me forms to sign and then sent them to the FTB. What a relief! Fortunately I referred one of my daughters to Lisa before she stopped being so popular that she couldn't take more clients. My daughter and her husband owe me, because Lisa is the best and that's coming from a former banker of 40 years. What's not to like: personable, highest integrity, highly competent, and SMART! Lisa is a fantastic resource for tax planning and advice. She is very responsive to her clients. She is more than just a tax preparer; she really helps with comprehensive tax planning and is available year-round for any questions. She is truly the best around.

1st visit I liked her approach. 2nd visit she seemed organized. 3rd visit was after she reviewed receipts and had questions. 4th visit I returned with the answers after i doublechecked some information 5th visit i returned and picked up the finished returns. 6th visit i returned after reviewing the returns without interruptions at home and asked questions. She was very patient with my questions and gave me reasonable answers and i felt more secure. I like Mrs. Weaver well enough. My wife hates Mrs. Weaver. She wants us to go elsewhere next year. We have been handling our taxes for a few years now.
