First they close my Branch in the Lucky's store. not their fault that one closed. Now, I get a letter that the next closest branch on North Main is going to be PERMANENTLY closed. BOOOOOOO. And for some STUPID reason the one in Safeway is closed even though they have all the plexi-glass covidBS stuff in place. SO, Downtown WC= No parking or risk your life to head into their Concord branches. The one on Willow Pass always has bums camped out in their lot. Credit Union...Here I come with all THREE of my accounts. US Bank- Buh-BYE

I only wish I could give this bank branch less than one star for their horrible, uncaring and unhelpful customer service. If you have any sort of banking issue that will require these people to do anything out of the ordinary, forget it!!
