I've been meaning to do a post about Top Knot Flooring in Walnut Creek. They are owned and operated by a wonderful man named Mike. Mike did an incredibly thorough review of the proposed job to ensure the accuracy of his detailed estimate. They recently installed luxury vinyl plank floors in about 1200 sq. ft. of our home, and they did a phenomenal job!! Mike's crew had to replace all the underlying plywood and clean up a terrible mess left by the prior contractor who had done ceramic tile for us. Mike and the crew at Top Knot do amazing work! I had my engineered hardwood floors refinished - and some boards were so bad to begin with I was sure we'd have to replace them - but they managed to bring them back to life and make all my floor look brand new! They were patient with my indecisiveness and offered input on what would work best. They helped carefully move out the large furniture and brought it back in when done, and were able to work around the timeline I needed. I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome and would highly recommend Top Knot to anyone looking to do their floors!
I recently hired them for a flooring project and was extremely satisfied with their service. They stayed within budget and worked with me throughout the whole process. The team was very professional making the whole process very efficient and hassle free. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.
