I am giving this place 3 stars. Reason why? I don't know. I have been calling for a couple of days now and im still not able to reach any staff members. When I go there in person, i have to say that they are very welcoming. I wish they were better at answering the phone. Dr. Lee has been great to me other than that.

As a new patient, my first appointment at the Berkeley location was a pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of having PA Parvez and she was super nice and informative! Definitely recommend this office!

My face has bad brown spots and I have been researching a few places to find the best place for laser treatment. After visiting various places for consultations, I found The Skin and Laser Treatment Institute. After having a few laser treatments on my face, I saw major differences and is very satisfied with the results. She owns her own laser machines and knows how to adjust the treatment according to ethnic skin. That is very important to me as many other places told me the results of laser treatment depends on my ethinic skin. Her skills are exceptionally good and her staff are wonderful.
