Brian's partner - Steve (aka CV Floors) and team were awesome. We met Steve and Brian a couple of times at the store and they were awesome. Not pushy like some places and very down to earth, easy to talk to answering all our questions. :) It was so refreshing to be informed the night before what time the team would arrive for the job and they kept to it! The team, Steve, Gregory and Christian were so very pleasant, worked EXTREMELY hard and were quite meticulous with their work. We are very pleased with the flooring we chose and were referred by two different households who had their flooring installed by them. 1st time buying new flooring and everything went well. Brian offered good advice and helped us narrow down our selection. The installation process was well planned and issues were communicated as soon as they came up. The flooring looks great!
