My mother in law first told me about Bowen therapy after she had been told about it from someone in her over 55 community. I suffer from degenerative disks L5 S1 very painful sciatica down my left side all the way to my toes and sometimes a very painful pulling in my groin which stems from my back I've been told. I've had injections in my lower back, gone to chiro, & PT but my last injections didn't work and I was desperately seeking relief after so many days in tears with constant pain, I made an appointment with Jaime. I didn't know what to expect but after my first relaxing appointment I felt some relief after about the 2nd or 3rd day. After the 4th 1 hour session, I felt better than I had for months! I could walk without a limp, sleep without rolling over in pain, get in and out the of my car, stand in one place place without pain and I even performed in a dance recital! I continue to go see her not as often but will continue to make an appointment as needed. I was hesitant and I took forever to make the first appointment but now I'm so thankful I found her. Thank you Jaime at the Body Clinic!

Bowen treatment should be much more widely known and used. It's gentle, relaxing and effective. My husband and I benefitted greatly from regular Bowen sessions from Jaime, who is everything you would want from a therapeutic professional.

Bowen Technique is one of the most powerful healing modalities I've experienced, I'm so grateful to have found Jaime and The Body Clinic! I was looking for a new provider for nervous system support after moving back to the area and was having a hard time. Then I had the amazing fortune to find Jaime and my body has changed so quickly! I had a really painful shoulder for months that has almost completely resolved after 5 sessions. I can't speak highly enough about the power of this method!
