Premium Properties is the absolute best Property Management company from whom I have ever rented a property. Kirk runs an A+ organization from all aspects. When we had any sort of service issue with the home, Premium had a professional on site or calling to schedule the repair within 24 hours. Always fixed. He's kind, fair, and extremely reasonable to deal with. I would 100% do business with Premium Properties again without hesitation.
We only rented with Premium Properties for a year but within that year they were great to work with. Quick response time and if we needed anything serviced it was done in a timely manor.
My husband and I have interacted with Lisa since 2017 when we needed to find a rental home. From the moment we looked at the property and subsequently signed our lease agreement, we knew we were in very capable hands. Throughout the last seven years, we encountered various situations with the rental property that needed Lisa's immediate attention. Needless to say, she acted quickly and efficiently to resolve whatever the problem was! We never ever had to worry about an issue being neglected!
