I switched to Park Shadelands and I am very impressed. My doctor is great, there is ample parking and I arrived very early and was seen right away. The reception staff and nurses were very friendly. Five stars!

The visit was handled on time from the start the Doctor and staff were pleasant and even a little jocular which put my wife and I at ease during the procedure which was much appreciated. The doctor's instructions and explanations throughout the process were very clear and followed up with clear and concise instructions. Every aspect of the visit and follow up prompted us to feel comfortable and completely confident in the service provided.

The process of getting an eye exam and purchasing eyewear has been streamlined. I have to say that their appointments made online may be a month or 2 out at the facility I usually go to, but I was able to find one that fit my schedule at a facility for just the next day still within reach in my area. Once the appointments were made, I was surprisingly seen on time and was in and out before I knew it. I was told that because of the pandemic, protocols were put in place at this department that resulted in this expediency. I found the experience quick and efficient!
