Called them because I needed a battery jump. Told them very exactly where I was, told them my phone was going to die so please come. The lady said the driver would be there soon. I waited 5 hours for them and no one ever came. Literally left me stranded. I wouldn't take a chance with them... They may not ever show up. Quite rude.
Our car didn’t start well while preparing to go to our scheduled car check-up. We called Olympic Towing to tow our car from our house to the shop. Their service was nice, quick and fast and the crew that they have were very helpful, accommodating and informative. All in all, it was an excellent experience we had with Olympic Towing Company. Kudos!
Olympic Towing saved us from a disaster. We were stuck on the road and thankfully one of my buddies got a number from them and called for help. Their customer service was very responsive and their services was very fast. Their crew came after a few minutes we called them. They were very nice, kind and professional to work with. Overall experience with them was great and we highly recommend their services.
