I greatly appreciate Alessandro R. for forwarding my messages to the Berkeley store, multiple times! ?? My messages were getting sent to this location instead of the Berkeley store when messaging and they responded each time, even on a day the Walnut Creek store was actually closed.

By far the best experience I've ever had in regards to repairs. Marcos went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything, had updates, and knew where things were at every step of the process.For me, communication is always the biggest thing. Even if there's no "new update", let me know there's no new update. And Marcos did just that. He even sent me the tracking info on the new piece he was waiting for, when it got delayed.To me, that's service.The part came in the next day and he had my MacBook fixed by mid-morning. He jumped on it right away as soon as the part came in, knowing I was waiting for it / needed it back asap.This was a way more pleasant and efficient...read full review

I took my i phone in since it was dead and would not recharge. It turned out to be only a minor problem, was fixed quickly and I was on my way at no charge. Will be back if I have any more problems.
