I made a appointment with this clinic because my clinic would take a month to be seen for a simple TB test. I need this tb test for a new job. I came all the way from hayward,ca. I had my infant, and my 8 year old. I Told David Chaves I would not use my insurance and I was electing to pay out of pocket. I had an apt to get a TB test read at 12:50pm and was late. I understand the providers take lunch from 1-2pm. I waited until they came back and I understand it was my fault for being late, but I explained the situation that it was for a simple read and even at 1:55pm or 2pm before his apt at 2:10pm he told me no. I am in healthcare and understand the challenges for providers but I also felt this could have been handled with a little warmer customer service attitude. It was so opposite of the experience I have had at the minute clinic in Pleasanton, CA. I do not recommend this place for an empathetic and compassionate place to go to.
I visited this minuteclinic June 14 6pm by appointment. The nurse David and the lady on duty were super professional and had a lot of patience. The day after the staff even had a follow-up call to make sure I’m OK. They do care about their patients! Appreciate it for the help!!!
