I have a permanent indentation in my cheek due to a procedure that was done by dr Engel. I was in my early twenties and I had a pore that would fill up, but my skin was pretty much flush. It was a something that bothered me a little bit. Dr Engel injected cortizone but it still was a filled pore under the surface of my skin. It was not visually noticeable it I could feel that it was a little raised. So dr Engel decided to take a cylindrical piece out of my cheek :( he did not tell me that he was going to remove part of my cheek! It has been 20 years and i tried Botox once to fill it but that needs to be ongoing and now my skin is getting looser and it now makes a crease where the chunk was taken out. It has been 20 years but i want you and him to know that it has had a very negative effect on me.
