The heavy burden of my toxic thoughts is lifted. Tamara is really a gem in her field, I've had five Reiki sessions over the course of 10 years, around six counseling sessions, two pranic/chakra, and two semi- hypnosis sessions all related to an ex, I feel that the rumination and the "make pretend" conversation's have ceased. Tamara is my new distance best friend :))
I had my first remote Reiki session with Tamara, and it was fantastic. Her energy felt very positive and calming. She also followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was on the right track. If you're new to Reiki or looking for someone supportive, Tamara is a great choice.
Tamara is so wonderful and kind! I did the long distance reiki healing and it has been helpful! You have to put in the work in order for the healing to help afterwards.
