My time at Lusona today was absolutely amazing! Even though I was just getting quotes and didn't have any work done, they made me feel so welcomed. I had gone to 6 other shops today in Walnut Creek looking for quotes for my wedding dress alterations and Lusona was the ONLY one that greeted me by name and with a smile as soon as I walked in. It felt like walking into a families house rather than a store. The quotes I received from the other locations ranged from $500-$2000 and while their quote wasn't the cheapest I received, of around $800, the environment alone is making me lean towards them for my wedding dress. Where would I be without Rose and her team!!??I purchased my wedding dress at La Soie boutique in Walnut Creek before it closed in July '23. They recommended Lusona for alterations before they closed. I was a bit skeptical at first - wasn't sure if this business could handle my huge wedding dress but I took a leap of faith!Rose and her team were AMAZING in shortening my skirt's hem (there were SEVEN layers and Rose managed to complete this in record time!!), bustling the skirt, shortening the straps, and altering my 2nd outfit (which I ended up not using because of how fantastic I felt in my wedding dress~).
