I had the BEST first brazilian wax experience with Ariana. I'm even going to say I enjoyed it!! Before I even booked an appointment, I talked with her on the phone, and she answered all my questions thoroughly and with such professionalism and knowledge that I knew right away I wanted to book with her specifically. I got there a bit early, and while I waited, every single employee who came out to the front checked to make sure I had been helped. Top to bottom, customer service is a win here. I saw Lina for a bikini wax and she made it as pleasant as it could've been. We chatted the whole way through it so that definitely helped keep my mind off the pain. The place is very clean and she was very friendly and helpful. I recommend them and specifically Lina for your waxing needs!
For starters, the staff was super welcoming! with this being the first time i ever got waxed, i had no idea what to expect, the girl waxing me (Taylor - the BEST) was so sweet and explained everything to me! While i was quite nervous, we sparked up a conversation the whole time which helped keep my mind off of the waxing. Not to mention the place was super modern, clean, and sanitary. Overall the staff and the experience was wonderful. Can't wait for my next appointment
