I saw Dr. Whitney Ng for the first time today. He was very thorough with my eye exam and spent time addressing the concerns that I raised on my online check-in questionnaire. He established a very pleasant and comfortable environment during my entire visit. I will definitely want to see him again for my next annual eye exam. Also, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating.

I lost my very expensive Perscription sunglasses set for distance sight. I called the store in Walnut Creek and was helped to reorder and offered two discounts which helped considerably. Without promises made, they are requesting a rush on my order. Very happy with the whole process.

I came here for a second opinion as my current eye doctor near Blackhawk had used fear tactics to recommend I use his machine which would cost me $4,000 to fix my issue. The doctor at LensCrafters was super knowledgeable and assured me it wasn’t necessary and taught me ways to be proactive for my condition. The sales associate that helped me find frames and lenses was super helpful and not pushy at all. Overall a great experience.
