Although it is cold and flu and Covid season the pharmacy does its best on getting your prescriptions in and processed and getting you out that is a huge plus for me especially when you don't feel well

I had went to the ER here because I had called the advice Nurse about my medical issue, and she told me she was gonna put me on hold to ask the ER Nurse if I needed to go in. She took me off of hold and the said I needed to go in that night for sure. This was on 12/24/2023. I got there, at around 6:30pm, a lot of other stuff went wrong but I mainly wanted to talk about how I had a very bad allergic reaction to the antibiotics in the IV and my heart rate elevated to 150bpm just by laying there. All that is fine because we both didn't know that I was going to be allergic, the problem is they pumped Benadryl in my IV and told me it was gonna make me drowsy. After the gave me the Benadryl I fell asleep shortly after. Then they came in, woke me up, and told me I'm not allowed to drive because of the Benadryl but it's time to leave. At this point it's around 4:30 in the morning and it's the middle of winter. She left, and I accidentally fell asleep again, she came back woke me up, and was asking me like "soooo how's the ride coming along, it's time to go" I had got dressed extremely drowsy and walked into the hallway, they pointed at the exit and walked away. Luckily my dad uber me, but idk, I just thought that was too much. Maybe it's not that serious, it just felt weird to me.

My Kaiser tech representative made it easy to make my selections as intended for resetting my KP password on my KP! Andido assured me that I had her attention before and after advising me in certain where to continue with unlocking my KP account because to many attempts had been made to sign in plus I found out I didn't need to sign in to My Doctor Online App on my IPhone because it's the wrong App plus it's not a Kaiser App at all which means it's the wrong one and I have now reset my password so I can go to KP to sign in to reschedule my appointment for next week. Andido was good to me and showed empathy, respect, kindness and peace of mind in a very professional way and I empathize professional because I talked to her about my issues I was experiencing like I would have shared with my doctor which meant a lot to me today and resolved everything apart from that she wished me a Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you Andido for listening to me with so much mindfulness and complementary towards my goals to become a professional Shiatsu Massage Therapist at NHI National Holistic Institute in San Francisco!
